Happy February
It's hard to believe another month has flown by!
I do have some EXCITING news to pass on to Sowing Sister friends who know Erica Armstrong. SHE IS ENGAGED!!!! She and her college boyfriend, Nathan, have rekindled their romance and have set the date for June 9th. I will be giving her a Wedding Shower, at Terry's house and beautiful backyard, sometime in April or May.You are ALL invited. More info will be at the shop and on the blog- when we know more.

I am presently working on our New Shop Flyer. The March and April class Schedule will be up, hopefully, later this week. I better get back to work.
Happy Quilting and Sewing, Beckie

My first Blog
Welcome to my first Blog note. I understand Blog is actually short for " Web Log", so here I go......We just returned from Road to California Quilt Show, in Ontario. We packed up and left Sowing Sisters last Wednesday- Three truck loads and one Van full. Well over 15,000 attendees at this spectacular show. As usual, the Quilts were amazing. The Best of show has the Caracal Horse. Their web site is- www.Road2ca.com, to check out photos of the Quilts, etc.
It is always fun to see familiar faces at Quilt Shows; I'm sure you were all inspired, as I was.
It will take us a few days to get the Quilts back up on the walls at the shop. We also brought home a few 6600P sewing/Quilting machines at a special show price.
These are called "Open " Boxes - because they were used for a class. They are still new, with full warranty- but at a very special price. Come by for a demo, and try one out.
I hope everyone is well,
Happy Sewing and Quilting, Beckie- sowingsis@aol.com
